Pre Season two-a-days Football conditioning Camp

School is soon to be over, preparation for the upcoming football season is right around the corner.From June to August 14 what must a coach do? Some of your athletes will attend camps, get together on their own and workout, what about having another option? We want to help your football team by giving them a 2 week head start ahead of your competition, prior to starting your first day of practice.

Athletic Precision staff will come in to your home field or other place to go to (such as a park) and set-up a 2 week conditioning program for the team leading you into the season with in-shape football players.

 When it comes to sports that displays high intesity explosion, speed, agility, and power one of the few sports in the world display such characteristics. Footbal is one of them. The perofrmance for football players over the past decade has been phenomenal. Twenty years ago lineman weighed 240 to 250 puonds, and ran a 5.20 in the 40-yard dash. This was considered the genetical potential for a player. Now running backs who weigh 240 are running a 4.4 40-yard dash. The one thing that has made a difference is every football program in the counrty now include strength and speed programs to increases their athletes potential and decrease their chance for injuries.

Athletic Precision works with football players and has many programs designed for the rigors of football. Athletic Precision teaches and coaches drills for lateral quickness, breaking through the hole, and man-handling your blockers for lineman. Other such programs are getting prepared for combines, increasing acceleration, first step explosion, and leaping ability. Listed below is football programs offered.

As mentioned previously depending on the position and the atheles wekness the programs that Athletic Precision offer are sport specific and individualized. A program that is customized for a wide reciever will not be adequate for a defensive end.
