    Quick Terms

    SPEED: which is the shortest amount of time it takes for an athlete to get between 2 points. When training for speed Athletic Precision will incorporate technique training, overspeed training, resistance training, flexibility, and strength training.

    AGILITY: is the skill to have short quick bursts, with the abilty to change direction very quickly.

    POWER / STRENGTH: refers to an athlete's ability to generate the greatest combination of strength and speed while executing a skill

    FLEXIBILITY: the ability of an athlete to move their joints through a full range of motion with out any discomfort, pain of limiting factors.

    PLYOMETRICS: type of exercises that promote maximal and optimal explosion that a muscle can generate.
