Unlike the game of American Football where there are short bursts of activity (4-6 seconds) followed by 30-40 second rest intervals, some soccer position players are often required to keep moving almost constantly. An interesting breakdown of soccer performance during an elite 90-minute soccer match. It was found that during these 90 minutes players spent 17% (15 min.) standing, 42% (38 min.) walking, 16% (14 min.) jogging, 25% (22 min.) running with <2 minutes of this sprinting. Athletic Precision creates programs that mimics the stresses a soccer game will create.

Pre Season two-a-days Soccer conditioning Camp

School is soon to be over, preparation for the upcoming football season is right around the corner. From June to August 14 what must a coach do? Some of your athletes will attend camps, get together on their own and workout, what about having another option? We want to help your football team by giving them a 2 week head start ahead of your competition, prior to starting your first day of practice.

Athletic Precision staff will come in to your home field or other place to go to (such as a park) and set-up a 2 week conditioning program for the team leading you into the season with in-shape soccer players.
